It's this extensive experience and commitment to the runner's lifestyle that empowers me to guide others on their own path in the world of running.

As a certified Lydiard Running Coach, and a Melbourne Marathon Spartan, I specialise in introducing beginners of all ages to the joys and benefits of running. My approach is personalised, considering each runner's unique goals and abilities.
