My life has been dedicated to running for more than two decades. This journey, fuelled by a deep-rooted passion, has profoundly influenced both my physical fitness and mental well-being. It's this extensive experience and commitment to the runner's lifestyle that empowers me to guide others on their own path in the world of running.

As an Australian Athletics Association Certified Recreational Running Coach, a Lydiard Foundation Certified Running Coach, and a Melbourne Marathon Spartan, I specialise in introducing beginners of all ages to the joys and benefits of running. My approach is personalised, considering each runner's unique goals and abilities.

Running, for me, is more than a physical pursuit, it's a pathway to holistic health and mindfulness. At RMWA, I'm committed to helping you embark on a transformative running journey. Whether you aim to enhance your fitness, ease mental stress, lose weight, or seek a healthier lifestyle, my platform is here to guide and support you.

Join me as we explore the empowering world of running, self-improvement, and well-being, one stride at a time, with RMWA as your trusted partner.
