As an Australian Athletics Certified Recreational Running Coach and Lydiard Foundation Certified Coach (Levels 1, 2 & 3), Steve brings a wealth of knowledge grounded in proven training principles. Absolutely! I specialise in working with beginner runners and first-time marathoners. Many of my runners start with little or no running experience, some begin with walk-run intervals and build up from there. My coaching is tailored to your current fitness level, so there’s no pressure to be ‘good enough’ before you start. Yes, I’m based in Victoria, but I coach runners across Australia (and internationally) through the Run Coaching Membership.
